There are so many options for stitching with other local stitchers in the area.  List of clubs and contacts are below.

Open Stitch Wednesdays 

Meets every Wednesday in the shop 5-7.  All stitchers are welcome - free to all.

Stitch Club of Charlottesville

Meets near Stonefield the 3rd Sunday of each month.  All stitchers are welcome - free to all.

Embroidery Guild of America (EGA)

EGA is a member and dues based organization dedicated to the preservation, education and promotion of needle arts. You can join as a local chapter member or a national member. The local group is wonderful and a very affordable way to explore fiber arts.  Membership also includes a subscription to a useful quarterly magazine - we have samples in the shop.

American Needlepoint Guild (ANG)

ANG is also a member and dues based organization dedicated to the preservation, education and promotion of needlepoint, including both painted and counted canvases.  You can also join as a local chapter member or national member.  There are many active groups around Virginia - contacts for the groups closest to Charlottesville are below.  Membership also includes a subscription to a useful quarterly magazine - we have samples in the shop.  You can also join virtually through cyberpointers.
