General Store Information:

• If you kit a canvas from the shop same day of canvas purchase, all threads are discounted 10%.  Same day purchase only. 

 

• We try to keep our hours updated online.  When we make changes, we announce online and on our social media.

 

• We can honor dye lot requests if we have in stock.  We do not guarantee dye lots - if a thread is pictured with a dye lot, it is just a stock photo and that dye lot is not guaranteed to be available.  

 

• We can offer limited private shopping for a fee during closed hours for a fee.

 

• We offer free guidance and stitch recommendations on canvases purchased here.  For canvases purchased elsewhere, there is a $50 fee for guidance or instruction.

 

• We only accept credit cards, pay apps or checks - we do not accept cash.  

 

• We can accept Visa or American Express gift cards if they have a chip in them.  Most debit gift cards do not work with our system.

 

• There is a $75 fee in addition to bank fees for any bounced check.

 

• We can hold unpaid items for 2 business days before putting them back onto the floor.  

 

• Online canvases are sold without threads unless otherwise specified; we can kit out something if you prefer.

 

• We fully support making sure artists get paid.  If we suspect you have a piece that was copied, we do not kit it nor finish it unless you pay a product fee which we send to the artist. The copyright and all intellectual property rights remain the sole and exclusive property of their creators. No reproductions of any kind may be made without the specific written permission from the copyright owner.
